On March 29th, the 2024 International Integrated Circuit Exhibition and Seminar (IIC Shanghai) was successfully held at Zhangjiang Science Hall in Shanghai. Hosted by AspenCore, this conference brought together numerous professionals in the global semiconductor industry to jointly explore the cutting-edge development of the industry. The annual "China IC Design Achievement Award" is one of the most important technical awards in China's electronic industry. As a new-generation IPC SoC chip product of Axera, AX620Q is equipped with the new-generation Axera Smart Vision 4.0 image processing engine and the new-generation Axera Smart Compute 4.0 high-performance, low-power NPU engine, leading the industry in high image quality, intelligent processing and analysis. It integrates a 100M Ethernet PHY, audio codec and RTC real-time clock, showing obvious advantages in image, computing power and performance. It integrates 256MB LPDDR4, supports 16MB NOR Flash, and also supports dual-camera quick start and dual-camera AOV. It can help customers reduce the layout area and overall BOM cost while facilitating the realization of product applications in various low-power scenarios. Up to now, as the flagship product of Axera, AX620Q has been adopted and mass-produced by many customers.
