Axera ranked among the "Top 30 Responsible Leaders in the 2024 List of 100 Happiest Enterprises"

Recently, at the award ceremony of the "2024 Happy Enterprise Forum & Top 100 List", Axera was awarded the title of "Top 30 in Responsible Leadership" for its outstanding sense of social mission, diverse and inclusive corporate culture, and remarkable performance in enhancing employee well-being.

The "Happy Enterprise Top 100 List" is co-hosted by Beijing International Human Capital Group Co., Ltd. and the Economic Observer, organized by Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and academically guided by the Positive Psychology Research Center, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University. After months of extensive case collection, questionnaire surveys and on-site visits, 100 outstanding enterprises are strictly selected based on the three core evaluation systems of "Responsibility-Driven, Strategy-Coordinated, and Employer Model", with comprehensive consideration of enterprises' practices in various aspects.
