Axera Completes Over 1 Billion Yuan Series C Strategic Financing, Further Solidifying Its Industry Leadership Position.

Recently, Axera Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Axera), a leading enterprise in the field of AI perception and edge computing chips, officially announced that it has successfully completed its Series C financing with a financing amount of over RMB 1 billion, making it one of the largest financing events in China's chip industry in 2024. The investors in this round include well-known investment institutions such as Ningbo CTS Fund, Zhenhai Industrial Investment, Chongqing Industrial Investment Master Fund, Chongqing Liangjiang Fund, Yuanhe Puhua and Weihao Chuangxin.

The funds raised in this round will be mainly used to drive the technological R&D of the next-generation advanced AI chips, accelerate the mass production process of intelligent products, and expand market promotion efforts, aiming to provide customers with more efficient and intelligent solutions.

Since its establishment, Axera has completed several rounds of financing, with investors including well-known institutions such as Weihao Chuangxin, Qiming Venture Partners, Xfund Capital, Meituan, Yuanhe Puhua and Tencent Investment.
